He Uses Battlefield and Call of Duty To Cope With The Horrors of War

Kotaku - AlloySevenVideo—Bryant Chambers, a former platoon leader in Iraq back in 2003—never got formally diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder. But that doesn't mean war can't haunt him in some ways. That's where games come in, as he talks about in this video.

The story is too old to be commented.

"Call of Duty" and "Therapy" should never be in the same sentence. Such a rage inducing game.

Back on topic, thank you for your service, and I wish you the best Bryant.

yes we get it you all hate COD. great. whatever game this man wants to play to help him cope is his choice and preference. you don't like oh well.

TopDudeMan1148d ago

Well, whether you like CoD or not, you still have to admit it does make you rage. A lot. I didn't think I could rage at a game til I played it.

There's a difference between hating a game and finding a game to be rage-inducing. You can like a game and still get pissed, especially in competitive games.

Brucis nailed it.

I do agree with you Oscar, its COMPLETELY his choice on what games to play. I was just saying, why not other ones, like Arma? A huge population of that franchise are in fact Veterans.
