GamesRadar - Back at GDC last March, Metal Gear Solid boss Hideo Kojima confirmed that Snake's established voice actor, David Hayter, would not be returning in Metal Gear Solid 5. Today Big Boss' new voice was revealed to be Kiefer Sutherland, a movie star most famous as 24's Jack Bauer, was chosen to play the 49 year-old Snake of 1984. Wasn't there enough articles about this when we first heard about it? Get over it already, if it hasn't changed by now it probably isn't going to.

If it does happen to, more power to you but why harp on it? People already made petitions and all that crap. What more can you do?

I for one, I'm not clear on this whole swap thing.
Kiefer is voicing Snake, the one called Big Boss who is the protagonist of MGS 5.

However, why the whole mystery with voice actor reveal? or the 2 games that are actually one or wtv? I think Kojima is distracting us from something important and Hayter might be in on it.
I don't want to get my hopes up; but could it be that Solid is making an appereance? Or getting his own game at some point?

I'm sure that Kojima would love to sucker punch you again.

Really odd news. If he was going to voice Snake then why did they have voice the Bandaged Man in the past videos?

I can't see anyone else voice snake except for David. I will still buy the game though!
