Getting into Toro’s Friend Network

From the article, "Toro’s Friend Network a free-to-play, social app has just launched on the Vita. As someone who loves Toro in all his forms, especially in Toro! Let’s Party!, I had to get in on this. After spending about an hour with the game, I have to admit that it’s about what I expected, though I didn’t expect so much paid content.
