Forza Motorsport 5 will run at 60 frames per second, Microsoft Studios corporate vice president Phil Spencer has told Edge magazine.
okyy ...pretty much the only positive thing coming from ms in some time
pretty sure you are disappointed, like cant wait for more Xbox one bad news...
jim why would you flap your arms to open a car door? Sure kinect hasnt been the reinvention of the wheel some expected but it seems you are grasping find a reason to call it gimmicky in this case, limited yes butgits just an option. And since you buy a racer to race what are you complaining about cause there is plenty of great racing available in Forza4?
Yep! You can hear him say 1080p and 60 FPS at about 7:53.
Forza 4 had 60 FPS but 720P so nothing special over here. i except Forza 5 to be at least 1080P/60FPS solid.
Not with GDDR3 and 900 teraflops it will lol
I'm loving these incoming racing games. (Gran Turismo, Forza, Drive Club) Look so beautiful.
I hope they offer better wheel support with X1
This is whats wrong with fanboys. Why the hell would anyone disagree with this post? So to the 2 that did you don't want Forza 5 to have better wheel support? Just makes no damn sense. Doesn't matter what team you subscribe to, just dumb. + bubble for you Letros.
At what resolution though? If they can do 1080p at 60FPS then this will be very impressive stuff.
Great. Didn't expect anything else. 60 frames has been Turn 10s benchmark as standard. GT and Forza at 60 is where it's at for console driving sims. 30 frames just isn't smooth enough. It's what keeps cod selling IMO.
I agree with what you say about 60FPS and that it is one of the reasons COD is popular. Im wondering if BF4 running at 60FPS @1080P on consoles will steal COD thunder. Good news for forza, But then 60FPS in forza (or GT for that matter) isnt really news. This has been standard in forza since F2.
Then the graphics are going to be terrible rememeber the XBOX ONE gpu is quite bad
It's 1080p @60 FPS http://n4g.com/comments/rel...
