Non-Fiction Gaming writer Blueonblue discusses what makes or breaks a console. Will the latest generation of consoles live up to the hype or the hate?
That sound good, but I thought it was sales.
Better hardware = better quality games. You can lie to yourself all day but graphics do matter for good immersion like crysis 1, 2 and 3, half that game is graphics. A good example of games that I think were severly hurt by the consoles is the fallout and skyrim series. The xboxs crappy hardware was the reason they didn't do open cities and have more NPCs and larger areas. Theres mods that do away with the loading screens for cities atleast and they work perfectly on PC.
