Coffee Shop: The best Wii U Basic Set sale yet & reason to buy it over the Wii U Deluxe Set

"The White Wii U Basic Set released just over 6 months ago in the U.S. with a MSRP of $299.99. The system doesn't include Nintendo Land ($59.99 MSRP) and it doesn't include the Wii U GamePad Stand/Cradle Set ($19.99 MSRP), like the Wii U Deluxe Set ($349.99 MSRP) includes. Also, the Wii U Basic Set has 8 GB of internal storage (really only about 3 GB available for downloads and storage), while the Deluxe Set has 32 GB of internal storage (about 25 GB available for use).

Now though, there is a Wii U Basic Set sale that might make more sense to buy over the Wii U Deluxe Set, for many people. If you have been holding off on getting a Wii U system until a price drop, now might be a good time to grab one. Brew yourself some coffee, and hit the jump to see a sales breakdown between the Wii U Basic Set and Wii U Deluxe Set, and why buying the Wii U Basic Set might make more sense for you right now!", shares CoffeeWithGames.

It is $239.00 at Target right now for the White 8GB Normal Console with no game.

Pretty cheap for a new console.

Dude, thats nothing... In SA(South Africa), Toys R Us and CNA, are selling the Wii U premium models for about a $100... Its a bitch to get one, and some shops don't know about it, but im getting one. A lot of people did get one. Incredible Connection had a one day sale for also $100, or in our currency, R999. A month bag, Toy-zone also had a sale. Theres speculation that other retailers may follow suit.
