But I've never taken time away from my family so that I could play them. That's just irresponsible. In fact, I don't even turn on my PS3 until after 8:00 when my kids go to bed. I will admit that I'm lucky though, because my wife is as much a gamer as I am, so playing games together actually seems like quality time for the both of us.

I will definitely be checking out this Gamerparent website because it's a lot easier for other parents to understand why you can't do those 8 hour marathons of COD4 or Warhawk in the middle of the day. I've had to kick myself out of a few clans in different games just because I couldn't play 1/3 as much as the other members.
