I loved this game
Just finished yesterday...have one Relic missing. Hunting it down ATM. What an awesome game. Was great! Loved it.
Hope and think the next Tomb Raider will come out on PS4 and Xbox-one.
Bought it on the Amazon sale. Quit it after 30 minutes and 100 quick-time-events.
you are over-exaggerating. 100 QTE in the first 30 minutes? stop lying.
QTE to break lose from constraints. QTE to pull out spike. QTE to break from guys grip. Cave is crumbling, make jump to ledge, QTE. Jump to a hanging plane, QTE, jump up exactly 2 bars higher, QTE. Wing falls, QTE. QTE to break from guys grip, AGAIN, followed by QTE to dodge falling boulder. QTE on the ledge jump immediately following boulder. Maybe not 100 QTE's, but the exaggeration gets the point across.
not even close because you are simply generalizing what the full game is. You've been playing too much Asura's Wrath buddy and this game isn't one of them.
I like the fact how he describes exploration in Tomb Raider as "effective" as that's how I felt about it. I played bits of the TR Trilogy made by CD and IMO I thought that the exploration part of those games were a bit on the "empty" side in terms of feeling. Some "backtracking" in Tomb Raider was just not particularly fun at all and deathtraps were sometimes a bit dumb to me. If there's a way to describe the Trilogy, I think the game is a chore to play at times.
I thought the game was great.Raised the bar for ND's UC4.
