Are Michael, Trevor, and Franklin New to San Andreas?

Here’s a thought – every last protagonist in the Grand Theft Auto series starts his adventure in a fresh new city. Whether it’s Claude, after escaping the prison convoy and starting a new life in Liberty City, Tommy, after a drug-deal goes horribly wrong and he’s stuck in Vice City, Carl, after coming back to San Andreas only to find his whole gang in trouble, or Niko, after coming back to Liberty City only to find out his cousin is a complete liar. Now, GTA V is on the horizon, and we ask ourselves – are Michael, Trevor, and Franklin new to San Andreas as well? (Grand Theft Auto V, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

Well, Franklin clearly isn't, and Michael has built a life, so I doubt he is. Trevor though is a mystery as if you watch his trailer I get the feeling he has been boxed up for a while.

Well in the voice acting call 2 years ago for "RUSH" which later turned out to be GTA V. There were two characters who were brothers.

One a deranged psychopathy and the other a snitch for the FBI who is living with a new identity in Los Santos.

We know Trevor is called Trevor Phillips but we don't know Micheal's surname. For all we know they are brothers who haven't spoken to each other for years, Trevor who is living miles and miles away in another state and then contacted by his brother so they can start robbing banks again.

Trevor is more of the redkneck type, yea. Seems as tho he lives in a trailer in the backwoods of the city and only comes out when *certain shit* has to get done.
Till then, he lays low.

Its fine if none of them are new to the city. I'll even be so bold as to say "No one who's going to be picking this game up is new to the city either."

I think Michael is new. Franklin has been there and Trevor as well.
