Mars Wars Logs review by Pure|News

The game kicks in with a somewhat strange opening, the story starts with an NPC the narrator of the story called “Innocence” explaining how did he got into such a mess that brought him to where he currently is, inside a train with a bunch of strangers. (Mars: War Logs, PC, PS3, Xbox 360) 4.5/10

Ok. Do people like this even know what it means to review a game anymore?

It is time we split game reviews into an Objective score that is comprehensive of the, you know, actual gameplay. If the game isn't broke, it shouldn't be rated less than a 5/10. Graphics comparison is a moot issue here. Naturally, a small budget indie game isn't going to compete with the likes of Naughty Dog or Crytek.

The other section should be the subjective score. This encompasses things like story, art design, music, etc. This rating is entirely up to you, based on how you actually feel about the game.

This game is a solid indie RPG with no glaring issues other than some pacing and repetitive enemies. To give it anything less than a 6/10 is just being ignorant of your job.

Hello there im Felix from purenews

while i do agree that this review was most likely rushed by my co worker, to assume that there is one and only one corect way to write a review is saying that theres only one way to make a good game, i do trust the score of my co worker the game had glaring issues concering the story and morality system which i belive factored it in to making a 4.5, the graphics,

and what you said about the game being broke is not ture there are many games that funtion fully well but deserve low scores due to an ofensive story or a boring experience , keep in mind evryone has a difrent score system.

Below 6 means the game is broken or buggy and can't run how it should and is a mess outside of a few working or good features.

For a 4.5 this game would have to be among the worst games ever created.

Doesn't seem to be the case although I haven't played it so who knows.

This reviewer doesn't seem that intelligent though.
