Interview with Insomniac founder & CEO Ted Price about Fuse

Last week, I had the chance to sit down with Insomniac founder and CEO Ted Price and ask him some questions about his studio's upcoming game, Fuse.

The story is too old to be commented.

I think this game may be in trouble as ted has been popping up a lot on the interwebs..I think insomniac is starting to panic
about fuse!.

the game is out next week.. like Levine with bioshock.. they are just promoting the game.

SonyAddict1168d ago

I understand that they are promoting it but ken didn't promote as much as ted but BioShock was epic and fuse is just generic looking rubbish!.

I kinda sad about this who thing with Fuse. I wanna know why it turned out like this. How much of this was Insomniac being off and just making a game that doesn't look like a hit and how much was this EA making them to crap they did want to do and put out this game?

I mean Overstrike looked interesting when they talked about it and granted we never saw game play the trailer looked fun, funny and interesting and Fuse doesn't look like any of those things. It's sad.

Sorry Ted, this game is about as generic as it gets. I might as well be playing Inversion and at least I got to go upside down in that game.

There is no strategy in FUSE just a heaping mess of running and gunning. I was to happy to delete that demo you guys put out. Sorry for you but [email protected] EA, they deserve to get screwed.

Maybe they'll focus their money and attention on the cell phone market as their programmer was so gleeful in saying.

This game will most likely flop, sadly. Wonder what made them change it from Overstrike to Fuse. Maybe it was EA, wanting them to make it more "gritty"...which if that's true, then it's incredibly dumb. Go check out Battlefield Heroes. It looks similar to TF2 and Overstrike.
