The latest figures from Media Create show that Nintendo's Beautiful Character Training for the Nintendo DS debuted at the top of the Japanese software chart for the week ending the 16th of March. With 66 000 copies sold, it knocked last week's number 1 PS3-exclusive title from Sega, Yakuza 3: Kenzan!, to number 2 with 46 000 copies.
Nintendo's Wii Fit keeps up the pace at number 3 again with 45 000 copies while Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. Brawl drops two places to number 4 with 41 000 copies. Namco Bandai's Gundam Musou Special for the PS2 moves down one place to number 5 with 24 000 copies and Konami's Shugo Character! The Three Eggs and the Strange Joker for the Nintendo DS debuts at number 6 with 20 000 copies.
Paon's Daito Giken Koushi Pachislot Simulator: Shin Yoshimune for the PS2 enters the chart at number 7 with 18 000 copies and Nintendo's Wii Sports drops two places to number 8 with 17 000 copies. Marvelous Entertainment's Harvest Moon: Shining Sun and Friends for the Nintendo DS moves up two places to re-enter the top ten at number 9 with 11 000 copies while Nintendo's Wii Play also moves up two places to re-enter the top ten at number 10 with 11 000 copies.
