CDG: The Marvelous Feats of DC Universe

"Time to Play the Game!" As wrestler Triple-H would say; and maybe he wasn't referring to DC Universe when he coined that now famous phrase. Although, there has to be so some correlation between spandex wearing wrestlers, and, well, spandex wearing super hero's. However unfashionable it may seem. Maybe they shop at the same store? Now that I've got your attention, you've most likely heard of the little MMO based on the DC Universe; aptly titled: DC Universe. What if you haven't heard of DC Universe, or just want more information on the game but don't know where to point your browser, dear reader? Well sit back, relax, and catch all of this: DC Universe just so happens to be a massively multiplayer online game for the PlayStation 3 and PC. Developed by Sony Online Entertainment in conjunction with DC Comics, the universe is at your hero's (or villain's) disposal, and its free to play. Although, in actuality, there are three tier levels of players within the game: Free, Premium, and L... (DC Universe Online, PC, PS3, Sony)

Nice to see this game get some attention on here. Beats reading about another generic WoW clone.

"Brainiac steals the data from Brainiac, then travels back in time;" This should read, "Lex Luthor steals the data from Brainiac, then travels back in time;"

"Beta testing for the game was conducted back in Dec of 2011, and ended in Jan of 2012." Beta testing for PS3 started Dec of 2010 & ended Jan of 2011. I believe the PC's start date was even before that.

If you guys can try to get into the game, it can be VERY rewarding. There is just SO much content available now, it may seem overwhelming. Stick it out, find a League or Legion, & learn the ropes slowly but surely. The PvE content would be good on its own, but the PvP combat is where this game truly shines imo.

Thank You for the Correction.

I tried and liked this game but I don't know. I don't trust SOE. They always completely "find a way" to destroy their own games.
