30 Day Video Game Challenge – Day 9: Saddest Scene

Bracken Lee-Rudolph from ITF Gaming writes: There’s always one moment which defines a game, sometimes they are epic victories, other times they are heart-wrenching, soul destroying moments of sadness that leave us wondering why, what could have been done and where we went wrong. Red dead redemption for me was the saddest and yet somehow satisfying endings to a game I can remember. John Marsden was a great protagonist and it was somewhat inevitable in a shakesperean kind of way that he was going to die. I think it was more satisfying that a truly epic and great game wasn't milked for all it was worth.

I take it they haven't played the walking dead game

And five billion other games that have far better twists and sad scenes than any Assassin's Creed game out there.

Drama and plot twist for kiddies would describe this scene the best.

It's just as well that they haven't played these 5 billion other games. If the scene in AC got them going then they'll probably go into severe depression and cry themselves to sleep for months after seeing the ending of walking dead.
