Persona 4: Arena Review | Vandal Online

Vandal Online: "Even though it's aimed at fans of the franchise, this title is an outstanding 2D fighting game, deep and fun that fans of the genre will enjoy too." (Persona 4: Arena, PS3, Xbox 360) 9.2/10

God, I love P4: Arena. 2D fighters will never die.

Imho, 2D fighting games future a little bleak. More and more people choose 3D fighting games such as Tekken, Soul Calibur, or DoA. But we still have ArcSys who pumps 2D sprite fighting games such as Guilty Gear, BlazBlue, and P4: Arena. Too bad there's no news if SNK will make a new 2D KoF or Fatal Fury. And there's Capcom with their 2.5D such as SF IV & MvC 3. I don't think Capcom will back to full 2D sprite like SF III / Capcom vs Snk 2. So hopefully 2D fighting games will not die.

Good game it's just a shame the EU 360 scene is DoA. Decided to take the game online last night for the first time and at 7pm UK time it took me five minutes just to find a single opponent with a good connection.
