10 Launch Titles We Want Announced For Xbox 720

WC - The Microsoft unveiling is still another 12 days away, though details have been seeping out regarding what might be showing up at the widely-anticipated reveal on May 21st. Regardless of what might appear, here’s what we want to show up on the release slate for October or November (or whenever the damn thing ends up coming out!) Naturally, a lot of the games are sequels, but I’m also counting on a few surprises; perhaps a few games we thought were dead, and some that we wouldn’t expect to be showing up on a next-generation console. I doubt halo will be a launch title but i wouldnt be surprised to see a 2014 release of a new halo.

I don't think anyone could argue with that list of games. If they were launch titles I'd be there on day 1!

Add in a few other surprises and third party releases and you'd have one of the strongest line ups ever.

Unfortunately at least half of these games won't be available at launch or even one year down on launch.

Seems a pretty poor list to me but I would definitely be interested in seeing Alan Wake 2, Crackdown 3 and Star Wars 1313 (though I don't see that happening). I might also want to see what Titan looks like.

I say yes to 9 of 10 cause #3 seem to have been placed on a shelf by EA/Disney. would love the rest as launch title or delivered in the month's to follow.

I only hope Alan Wake 2 will be a launch title. Alan Wake 1 was an hell of a game!

They have the shooter, sandbox, racing, survival horror and Action RPG covered, but they need to expand to the action adventure and fighting genres. Sony has been killing it with Uncharted and God of War. They also now have full control of Killer Instinct, so they need to get that going. I also would like to see a reboot of Banjo Kazooie as a platformer, and Perfect Dark as a secondary shooter. These moves would make even the most ardent Microsoft hater at least willing to look into the new console.
