Yeah, that's why I generally steer clear of arguing anything with people about gaming. Most take it too personally, and it turns into a fight rather than a discussion. Even with my close personal friends.

I hate that stupid - "it'll never meet the expectations" argument. It makes no sense. Have you played it? What exactly are you expecting? We've seen NOTHING from the game on which to base any expectations.

This isn't Duke Nukem we're talking about here, it's half life. And think about how inventive and innovative Valve are. I don't think we have anything to worry about. Just sit still, be patient, and don't lose your rag- do something else instead of just worrying what HL3 will be like.
