FrontBurnr: Earlier this week Infinity Ward released their debut teaser trailer for the next Call of Duty installment entitled Ghosts. Only it wasn’t really a trailer that showed the audience anything about the game. It was more of a trailer that teased another trailer and then asked you to pre-order the game you know nothing about. It’s an interesting angle that only a franchise like Call of Duty could pull off.
Since Call of Duty hit consoles in 2003, it has been a prominent part of many gamer’s collections. But have we really hit a point where players will jump to pre-order a game they haven’t seen based solely on the fact that it has “Call of Duty” in the title?
