The story of Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag has been largely obscure since its announcement back in early March. However, some light has been shed on the game's plot, after Polygon sat down with lead scriptwriter Darby McDevitt.
I just want combat to be more Indepth. They make it so easy that I only die from falling. They seem to put more focus on how big they can make the world that the details and little things that really make it fun are forgotten. I love the eden sequences and those are gone. I loved just having a sword and my blade now I have to make 4 different grenades and have all this crap to manage. Make a game like the first but with all the good stuff from the second and spinoffs. I want to do a lot of hard assassinations. I want just one or two weapons. I dont want to take towers only to lose them and have to retake. I dont want to fight 8 guards and win by pressing one button. I want each fight to count so staying hidden means something.
