Eurogamer- Persona 4 Arena Review

EG:Persona 4 Arena arrives on these shores after such a long wait that it's been presumed dead by most Europeans - especially since its (region-locked) US release last August. This is a shame; while its JRPG heritage makes it more niche than the likes of Injustice, this is another fighting game that's loaded with content. (Persona 4: Arena, PS3, Xbox 360) 9/10

I still can't decide whether or not to get this. August last year, I was so excited for it however it just feels too little too late. Worst still, to add insult to injury, they are charging over double what you can get it for on PSN in America right now. Not to mention the EU online community will probably near enough be dead on arrival.

It is cheeky how they're charging £35 for it.
I had it pre ordered but cancelled last week think it's too steep a price for a year old game.

If you do decide to get it, remember; the game's region locked.
If you're a fan of Persona, I say you get it. If P4A is just another good fighting game to you, you could skip it and get it when it's cheaper.
I suck at fighting games but I got it 'cuz I'm a huge follower of Persona. And honestly, it did not disappoint. :D

The pricing is definitely bad but we get that with ALMOST everything due to all the different taxes European countries have.

Can't say whether there will be a community or not, if there's interest then there will be if not then there won't.

But one thing I noticed with Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix (bought on US PSN) is that the game was connecting to US servers.

Don't know if this has to do with the account you're signed into, or if that game was build that way.
All I know was that it was really unplayable, red bars only.

What I'm trying to say is that now everyone in Europe will get the game so the "community" will start from the ground up, ignoring what the rest of the world has been doing for the past year with this game.

Just my 2 cents...
