Epic Games and Mozilla have continued a close collaboration first revealed during Game Developers Conference 2013 to release "Epic Citadel" on the Web running in HTML5. No plug-ins or added components are needed to experience the free app.
Not bad, 2.0 Ghz dual core with an integrated GPU with 128mb of memory(almost 2GB shared) with 6GB of ram xD. http://gyazo.com/370606b77d...
Wow this is really impressive... I got 43fps 1920 x 1080 -high performance... Really amazing to think that was all HTML5 and in a browser window... just wow. .____........___... .____||......||.......|___|| ||.........___||............ ||
What kind of system do you have? because I have a gtx 680 with a 3570k and all Im getting is 16fps average...
What browser are you using? This is optimized for Firefox. I'm using a GTX 470 & AMD Phenom II 965, getting 43fps average.
@ Plagasx I'm on my Beast Gaming PC- which is an ATI 6970 & i7 2600k 8GB memory @ 7-9-7-24 memory timing with two 90GB SSD's running in RAID-0 config- for a 180GB total.. Blazing Fast. But like dasteru said, "I think it's the browser" I too was on firefox under windows 8
ran the benchmark and got some pretty good results 54fps 1080p, my rig: i5 2400k OC 4.2Ghz, 8GB RAM, dual 6950s/1GB, SSD HD 120GB.
i5 760 @ stock GTX 560 Ti 1GB 4gb RAM 1920x1080 High Performance and it was 37fps average for me
Things just got Epic for the Wii U, and its browser.
1366x768 average fps 52.5 o.o amd apu g6 4400m was expecting a lot lower fps tbh
Alienware laptop. i7 740qm at 2.93ghz,8 gb ram, gtx 460m, 256gb ssd samsung pro http://i1365.photobucket.co...
Pretty impressive, runs great as well. Get an average of 59.9fps (which it seems to be capped at) at 1680x1050 with a i5 2500k @5Ghz and ATI 5850 crossfire. Look forward to seeing what comes out of this.
59.9fps @1920*1200 on a Mac Mini 2.3GHz i7, 16GB Ram on Mountain Lion 10.8.3 the 4 cores of the CPU are barely used, 4 others (hyperthreaded) not used at all.
For people getting low fps on decent systems, try this and see if it performs the same: http://www.unrealengine.com... It's the same thing but this runs in flash. I ran the html5 version but I was getting an average fps of 16 (CPU i7-3632qm 4 cores + hyperthreading; GPU HD 7670M 1GB; 8GB 1600Mhz RAM) The flash version, which looked like it had the same assets as the html5 version, ran at which felt like a solid 60 (no benchmarking options for the flash version I'm afraid). So any discrepancies is due to unstable/unsupported browser and and the fact that it's still a wip.
59.9fps(looks like this is the fps cap) 1080p i7 3770k oc'd to 4.2ghz oc'd xfx 7870 16gb 1600 ram firefox nightly windows 8
