Gunnar Optiks Paralex Review | StickSkills

StickSkills said, "Gunnar Optiks is a company that specializes in computer eyewear if ever there were such a thing. Getting their start by producing eyewear specifically targeted at people who play games for extended periods of time, Gunnar has since branched out to other demographics, including the casual or office computer user. The purpose of a pair of Gunnars is to “protect your eyes, improve the visual environment, improve detail and focus, and reduce eye fatigue,” but do they work?" (Gunnar Optiks, Tech) 2.5/5

I'm actually wearing gunners right now. I get migraines from eye strain without them. Maybe they aren't for everyone but I'll never work at my pc again without them.

I also use them and don't get migraines or tired eyes anymore. I had a gift card so it made me more enticed to buy it.

The HD Vision night vision glasses do the same thing. It's just the yellow tint... you just pay a premium for these because of the lens quality.

Gunnar glasses are so stupid its pathetic. I have friends who actually bought different sets of Gunnars and I feel they are a gimmicky waste of money.

I have tried 2 different sets before and there pretty lame and expensive at that. They do look cool but are a gimmick

Some suckers actually think that these will have an impact on their gaming skills.

I don't think it's really to improve on your gaming skills, but rather reduce eye strain when playing for long periods of time.

The cheaper way to do it is to not game in complete darkness.
