Nintendo's Decision to Rock the E3 Formula

Electronic Entertainment Expo is the glitzy video games expo that sees developers and publishers, big and small showcase their upcoming products. With the big names in gaming, the likes of Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft and more holding prestigious presentations to showcase their new and upcoming games. However, Nintendo have recently confirmed their decision to break free from the traditional E3 formula. (3DS, Wii U)

And I say, ROCK ON!

I've always wanted Nintendo to host is own venue. It has so much more to offer than most of the rest that is could make an yearly events of its own I.P.s alone.

They could take it even further by showing off indie devs, whom I believe are the last bastion of gaming integrity. These overized corporate devs like EA and Activision have become cancer on the game industry.

Nintendo is making the right decision. E3 has little to offer them.

If they unveiled atleast two or three ips that weren't expected ontop of the games previously announced all with gameplay and or great in game tech demos Nintendo will most likely will be a upset though microsoft might have slot up their sleeves too.
