Star Trek: The Video Game Review | Paste

Paste: "The last few years has seen a massive expansion of what 'gaming' is about, proving that you can do more than just bring an action movie home. Star Trek, as a genre in its own right, tells you what it’s about in that monologue from the opening of the original series: exploration, encountering new people, doing new things. Along the way, it addressed themes and issues in a way that made them entertaining. While it’s not necessary that everything related to Star Trek should have a lesson attached to it, nothing says that Bandai and the developers miss the point of Trek as a cultural movement more than the achievement for killing 50 enemies with the Vulcan Pulse Cannon." (PC, PS3, Star Trek, Xbox 360) 2.5/10
