disappointing if the rumors are true.

this is the big reason many gamers don't trust the commitment of MS to the core , they just want to draw us in initially with some games and then leave the rest to the 3rd part multi-platform games, instead of making an original IP they just pay to stop a 3rd party game from going to another platform for a period of time.

because I just can't trust them right now I will not get a Durango(whatever the name will be) no mater what they reveal this year, I will wait to see how things turn up in 2-3 years.

Great pick-up as an exclusive launch title for MS if true.

Even if it's not, I'm a fan of this team and can't ait to finally see what they have had cooking in the oven while everyone got fat off of their creation.

Having it launch for both the 360 and the 720 allows for both installs to play the game.

This also gives Black Tusk another year before they drop their first game.

I hope Black Tusks first game will get released this year. Or at least unveil 4 of their new Ip's at E3

Would love to see Alan Wake 2 and brand new Fable MMO and one of Rares brand new Ips get released this year along with Ryse.

There's allot to choose from.

EDIT: @newmonday

Spinning something positive into a negative. People really impress me on here.

Your getting mad because MS could have third party exclusive to join in there first party? I don't see the problem in that AT ALL.

If that's not reaching out to the core then I don't know what is. Their's absolutely no way to get through to you people on N4G.

Spinning an exclusive to a negative WOW. Watch the game be multiplat instead, and you people will still complain and cry about MS.

"MS has no exclusive games still!"

Fine don't buy the new Xbox nobodies asking you to, nobody cares.

Meanwhile everyone else is waiting on MS presentation to determine if its a buy or not.

Exactly. But people won't learn from history and they'll still buy into it.

NewMonday1910d ago

Not as much as you think

Durango will not have the same 2-1 advantage in the USA

Double_Oh_Snap1910d ago

Damn they didn't deny rumors. There is some good with having a game exclusive, but also some bad for both the developer and consumer.

john21910d ago

well there is still hope for a multi-platform release

rickybadman1910d ago

If this was a PS4 exclusive, people would cheer Sony's commitment to the core

But with Microsoft, it is a sign they are abandoning the core. SMH

Fanboys better get ready, looks like E3 is gonna be pretty rough

john21910d ago

pretty curious to see whether the exclusivity (if that's true indeed) will be revealed during X720's event in May

Jek_Porkins1910d ago

No way would they do it then, it would be a megaton at E3, sort of the shoulder tap moment that Microsoft has pulled off in the past, GTA4 exclusive content and Final Fantasy going multiplatform being some of the others.

I think we see the console, OS, features, Kinect 2.0 and a few games that we mostly know about, but the big games will be saved for E3 for sure.

About time we got more news about it. Let's wait and see now

Definitely interesting to see what the founders of Infinity Ward can come up with. This project was well hidden this whole time, so kudos to them

Thatguy-3101910d ago (Edited 1910d ago )

Founder. One of the guys left
Curious to see what goes down. It's going to take a lot for a game to dethrone COD as the cash making game. Plus reports indicate that this game will require an online connection.

I was such a fan of COD4, liked MW2, but not as much, I've been eagerly awaiting any news on this game for the last few years now. This has all the makings of an epic E3.
