Postcard Review: Mega Man X-communication

"If there’s somewhere we’ve all been, it’s the realm of bad sequels. We’ve all had our favorite franchises marred by the production of rushed and sub-par sequels.

Take the Mega Man X series, for example. Mega Man X7 was the sequel that almost ruined everything for me. Granted, X6 with its plot retconning almost did me in, but the gameplay still fun to play. X7 lacked charm, both in its plot and execution."

I liked the Zero games better even if Capcom forced changes to be made to it because they insisted the X games would keep going after V. Ended up making the Zero games more of a what if scenario and not canon imo. X going maverick after 100s of years of fighting would of been better than the defective Copy X we got.
