Co-founder of Indie Game Stand Mike Gnade has spoken of the difficulties Steam's Greenlight creates for indie developers and how he'd rather do without the service altogether.
wtf is curators ?
try this http://lmgtfy.com/?q=curato...
That ish is always funny.
this is true steams greenlight is retarded and needs to be reworked but this will never happen.
Greenlight a step in the right direction but not very straight direction.
With all of the games that are no where near completion, clones, youtube commentator-forced titles, etc...Greenlight is far from perfect. Very far. The idea is definitely noble. Let gamers chose what they want most. But people don't always know what they want or what's best and too many of the picks are based on already acquired or stolen fame (of which should be forced to get put on Steam the normal painstaking way).
Big fan of Steam, but I agree that Greenlight is flawed. It's a straight up popularity contest, but the best is almost never the most popular.
