Ugh, damn glad I bought that game with all the dlc when it was on sale. I almost didn't buy it. At least give us a heads up before removing the game? I can't just add to cart because I currently feel like playing the game at the time. Now I add to cart from the fear of it being d-listed without notice. Just like ACIII and TDU 2. I had Alpha Protocol on my wishlist and then that suddenly got removed silently and now it's too late!
GRID 2 is a fantastic racing title, with the first game in the series winning a BAFTA award back in 2009, and now, GRID 2 is free on Steam.
Last chance to get it, from next week it will be gone from steam store for good.
@Gwiz I'd have to assume this is due to licensing issues, since there's so many cars.
Great game, but I can only play if for 5 minutes before it crashes and I have to boot the game again. It's a widely known issue on Windows 10 with no fix and no expected update for it either.

Haha! Ridiculous that they aren't implementing the Cockpit view.
If this is the final product, I'm having problems. The tyre-rim animations are way too dull and synthetic, especially during slow turns.
no cockpit view? No buy from me (yes it sounds like a dumb statement, but seriously full immersion needs cockpit view!)
Also looking at the 2nd video, that guy had a near perfect run..and he could barely keep up with AI....this seems like it can lead to frustrating AI races:S
Also graphics don't seem to far a step up from Grid 1:S I'd say it's just more lighting:S
Anyways will wait to see if cockpit view is coming, and will buy on sale!

Cote d'Azure is Monaco, and THAT is NOT Monaco. It looks more like the freeways around Monaco, but that is NOT the town/village of Cote d'Azure. There's not a single turn from Monaco on that track.
