All their DLC of past were well worth the money so I have no doubts in them delivering a top notch DLC'S. If anything, other developers, publishers could learn a thing or two from them.

"Here is 5 maps, it costs 30 dollars, go crazy" If these kind contents are called DLC then rockstar's DLC are full fledged games

ApolloTheBoss4013d ago

When it comes to Rockstar, it's basically an Expansion Pack Season Pass. so I'd buy the hell out of it.

shadowwizard4013d ago

I still think that both GTA IV packs and Undead Nightmare were one of the best DLCs ever released.

Heisenburger4013d ago

It means I'll buy the GOTY Edition. I won't pay for something hidden behind a curtain.

This pertains to every developer that does this, as I love Rockstar.

There aren't exceptions.

If Kojima has a pass I'll buy the GOTY Edition. Period.

I'm not paying $120 for one game. That is ridiculous to me.

Just because a developer continues to support a game after release doesn't mean their holding back, some do, but not all.

Heisenburger4013d ago (Edited 4013d ago )

You are correct. Did I mistakenly type something that made you feel that I thought otherwise?

I won't repeat what I have already said, however.

Might I suggest you reading my post again while refraining from making assumptions.

No offense, no disrespect.

I wasn't trying to call you out, and I did take what you said out of context, admittedly.

I guess I'm just not the type that can wait an extra year to play a game. Normally I wait for a sell on dlc, unless I'm still actively play a game.

Heisenburger4013d ago

No harm done.

Luckily I don't buy many games on release day so I tend to have a large backlog.

I'm playing Dragon's Dogma and will be playing Deadly Premonition come Tuesday.

Plus there is Tomb Raider and Bioshock which I plan to get down the road.

Yeah rockstar is one of the best devs out there. Gta v ia going to be amazing.

More interested in money than giving fans what they want. Such a shame

CrimsonWing6922h ago

With the amount of money they generated, I just don’t understand the scrubbing of this. It would’ve been fantastic for fans.

I really want to know who drove the decision to focus on multiplayer was it Rockstar or take two.

Because when online started taking off many of the studio leads began having falling outs and leading including a founder

Demetrius9h ago

Ikr mfs that greedy it's ridiculous

andy8519h ago

This makes me sad. Trevor was one of my favourite characters in gaming

One of the reason I believe once gta 6 release, most of us thoroughly play it, enjoy the world they crafted then after that no offline support, no dlc at all
