Nintendo just released its new Spring system update for the Wii U. This update is suppose to significantly improve the load times and overall performance on the Wii U.
So far so good. It seems quicker, in all aspects...
sums up my feelings http://www.youtube.com/watc...
This is a very welcome update to the system, though it certainly speaks volumes for the awful optimization (or rushed launch) of the system prior to this update's release. Does anyone recall what the next "Summer" update is supposed to entail?
I believe a couple of days/weeks after E3
No, sorry-- I meant what it's supposed to do for the system.
Where the heck can I get that NES looking themed WiiU in the story pic?!

I wondered what the update was after exiting Monster Hunter >_>
Im pretty surprised by how fast a lot of functions are now. I can pop in and out of apps 2-3 times in the span it took just to get into an app before. Very nice. Now get some damn games out!
Proves beyond any shadow of a doubt that they released this console WELL before it was ready. Glad they updated it, and look forward to even more optimization as we move forward. btw what cover is that on the WiiU gamepad that is pictured? That is NICE!! I need one as this thing is a finger print MAGNET.
