Ethics of Selling Review Games

Amy of FrontBurnr: I’ve been blogging since sometime in 2006 and “professionally” blogging since 2007. While doing this blogging thing, I’ve gotten lots of products in to review. The products have ranged from booze (I was a spirits blogger for a while.) to applesauce–not joking–to video games. (Culture, Industry)

When a company gives you something labelled 'promotional use only, not for resale', and then you sell it on Ebay for lotto ticket money, that's called 'wrong'.

Do people actually need this explained to them, or do they just want justification from the unwashed masses for their bad behavior?
