Slender The Arrival Review - Chaos Hour

What started off as creepypasta online quickly became internet sensation. Originally, Slenderman started off as a fictional monster created by someone on the internet. Its popularity slowly rised with the rise in amateur fiction written about Slenderman, and exploded once people started creating pictures of 'rare sightings'. The story of Slenderman is that he is a faceless, tall man wearing a suit and tie, with incredible long legs and arms. He doesn't move, and never chases you, he simply stands still staring at you, and only ever appears in front of you; he never runs. He is commonly sighted around children, lurking in the background and stalking them. Even more frequently, he is sighted in forests and shrouded areas where he awaits people to stray off the path, where he eventually has his way with them in whatever twisted manner he deals with his victims. Sometimes he is seen with black tentacles coming out from his back, and is said to be able to stretch out his arms to grab his victims. Some even report that they get slenderman sickness, where persistent coughing, insomnia, and even amnesia can occur weeks/days before they notice him watching them from afar. (PC, Slender, Slender: The Arrival) 8/10
