Heroes Of Newerth ESports Director Sam Braithwaite Welcomes League Of Legends Success

Forbes - In the competitive gaming community, also known as eSports, competition is a good thing, according to Sam “Milkfat” Braithwaite, director of eSports at S2 Games. While Blizzard Entertainment’s StarCraft II (SCII) and Riot Games’ League of Legends (LOL) gets a lot of the media attention (and fans), Heroes of Newerth (HON) has a growing installed base around the world thanks to its fairly recent switch to a free to play business model.

Braithwaite talks about the growing competitive landscape and explains why the success Blizzard and Riot have in this space is good for S2 Games and other developers in this exclusive interview. (Heroes of Newerth, PC, S2 Games, Sam Braithwaite)
