Will Skyrim Receive a “Game of the Year” Edition?

Gi - From it’s release in November 2011 to today, millions have conquered countless quests and slain many a dragon in Skyrim. Nearly perfect scores across the board made it one of the most successful releases of that year, with 7 million copies sold in its first week of release. With the addition of three DLC packs, fans around the world were thrilled to see their gameplay expanded. (PC, PS3, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Xbox 360)

Considering that all of Bethesda's biggest games this generation have seen a re-release with all of the DLC available (Oblivion, Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas) I do strongly believe that a Game of the Year edition will be along.

I've spent way too much time with skyrim and have gone back to finishing up some oblivion quests. But if there is more content, I will happily jump back to skyrim.

Oblivion did, as did Fallout

Skyrim: Legendary Edition rumor was flying around, which would include all the DLC. Bethesda always releases a version of a game with all the DLC included. Both Fallouts and Oblivion had versions with all DLC included.

PS. All the versions that had all the DLC, The DLC was on the disc with the game, No code or access pass

I have not played Skyrim for this very reason, I always wait for GOTY or Ultimate editions, they have everything and cost less, win win.

The problem is I didn't want to wait two years. Plus at this point all of the DLC and the game could have been had at steep discounts.
