Patch 2.0 SimCity is Precisely Making a Mess

Electronic Arts has just released a new patch, patch 2.0 for SimCity are “supposed” to fix some bugs and adds some new features. But on the contrary, instead of fixing the bug but actually reproduce the bug. (PC, SimCity)

Not sure if this is an English website but half of it doesn't make sense.

"But on the contrary, instead of fixing the bug but actually reproduce the bug."
"Based on reports from the EA forums, some very annoying bug is that the water disposal system is always full, the taxi suddenly beat urban population,"

And to the below, yes they did, that's why they have a Public Test server...

"The question is, if EA / Maxis did not test the patch before released to the public?"
