XCOM FPS Update Coming Soon

2K Games has revealed that an update on the missing-in-action XCOM first-person shooter (FPS) is expected in the coming days. Originally unveiled back in 2010, all has been quiet on the XCOM front since a press outing in June 2011, however the resurgence in popularity of the franchise spurred-on by XCOM: Enemy Unknown has given the team at 2K Marin room to manoeuvre, heading back to the drawing board. (PC, PS3, Xbox 360, XCOM)

I recently got a 360 and I can't get enough of playing FPS games with the 360 controller. I know, I know, it sounds stupid but I personally want more FPS games so I can shoot with this controller. Wow, I can't believe I just said that.

Overall, I saw the trailer for the FPS version of XCOM, and I have to say, it doesn't look that bad.
