Hawken Beta Impressions

Eskimo Press: Hawken is a free-to-play mech-based first person shooter, released in December 2012 as an open beta. Players assume control of a bipedal battle mech, armed with a host of weapons from cannons, to rocket launchers, as they battle for supremacy in one of four game modes; Deathmatch, Team Deatmatch, Missile Assault, where players battle for control of three capture points, and lastly "Siege", where players gather energy units to launch battleships at the opposing team's base in attempt to destroy it.

Despite the fact that the game is still in beta phase, it exhibits a remarkable level of polish (Hawken, HAWKEN Mech Combat FPS, PC)

The Destruction level put Hawken over the top!

sure a few things need improved and more features added but Fast paced MEch fighting with destructible environments is WIN WIN!
