Slightly Mad talks Project CARS Wii U ideas, will make sure the game looks amazing

Project CARS is an ambitious cross-platform racer which is coming to a wide range of systems, including the Wii U. Developer Slightly Mad Games has been speaking about the Nintendo edition of the game, and continues to say nice things about the hardware.
Slightly Mad's Andy Tudor had this to say to RevoGamers: (Nintendo, Wii U)

Go go Project CARS! But maybe you could change the title before it releases? Perhaps give it a name that has more purpose and longevity? Not that I really care. I'm not into playing the realistic racing genre. But do it for the kids! For God's sake think of the children!

What name did you have in mind?

WTH? It's ridiculous that someone "disagrees" with you...

I don't have a title in mind. I'll leave that to the developers since I'm not much of a fan for the racing genre. I just think the title Project CARS is a poor choice. Maybe at least de-capitalize the 'ARS' part... unless it's an acronym.

@ Veritanimus

yeah I agree with you, I just couldn't think of anything good...

I was thinking ELite SuperCars, or Car Vision- or C.R.E.S.T - car racing's elite supercars testers.

So was wondering what you might have had...?

-but yeah project cars sounds like a beta project.. which is probably how they got that name...

But the game looks so awesome I don't think it will matter, I just hope they can do a PS4 version..

Glad they are liking the WiiU hardware and this will be the version I get as it would be nice to play a sim on a Nintendo console for once as this is one game Nintendo miss from there consoles.

Racing games will be a good fit for the Wii U from the controller standpoint. Having the second screen act as the mirror always and also display some other info at the bottom. I would like that option more than hitting a button or using the stick to look back. Second screen allows you to still watch the road in the corner of your eye.

Wiiu gamepad<<<<<< ;driving force gt.
Buy a racing game in a system with racing controller is the logic.

@dcbronco True but then again the trigger buttons would be the weak point. ;)
