Publisher Deep Silver has revealed the commander in chief edition for the upcoming multiplatform open-world action-adventure video game, “Saints Row IV.” (PC, PS3, Saints Row 4, Xbox 360)

I remember when pre-orders used to mean something. Now it's just one big joke that'll have you scattered on where you want to buy something.
