Localisation is a preparation that, when done well, often remains oblivious to the player. Text and dialogue convey the means that were originally intended, regardless of what language they exist in. There’s a fluency, familiarity and consistency to the conversion right down to the packaging.

It is hard to do voice work done properly Japanese games usually have terrible english voice acting.

Ni No Kuni on the other had was perfect. I loved the VA in that game.

It makes it harder why the japanese company try and keep the japanese feel with high toned female voices. Like the laughing scene from FF X. Tidus VA is a professional, he does Ratchet and Obi-one in the clone wars.
