iOS And Android Game Of The Week: April 19, 2013

Chris Buffa (Modojo): Here's something that's never happened before: this week's best iOS and Android game is in fact the same title. We didn't have to look far, really. Halfbrick put up a fight with its entertaining Fish Out of Water!, but at the end of the day, the developers at ZeptoLab won by the slightest margin. Without further ado...
