Rockstar Games are synonymous with high calibre interactive experiences, with deep, mature storytelling and fascinating, eccentric characters. Max Payne 3 upholds this stellar reputation, delivering on all fronts, even though it’s linear, focused nature is almost the antithesis of Rockstar’s typical open-world philosophy. Prepare yourself to be blown away…
Worst R* game ever...this coming from a die hard R* fan.
This was also the worst MP game ever - maybe Remedy should purchase the MP ip from R* and Reboot the game.
Simply a great game.
I wasnt exactly crazy about this game. Guess there was just nothin new and exciting brought to the table.
Stranglehold > Max Payne 3. /s
Max Payne 3 was a perfectly fine game, it ended poorly and their were parts throughout which I felt didn't have much purpose in being there, but in the end Max Payne 3 kept moving forward.
If you want to lay any issues at the feet of Max Payne 3, it's the absolutely piss poor job Rockstar did with linking Max Payne 3 to MP1 and MP2. The original games are pretty key to understanding Max and the current state he is in, as the game is Max just looks like a drunk and a awful body guard.
Also as someone said above, State of Emergency was wayyyyyyy worse.
I loved this game and played the $h!t out of the MP
