Proteus Review | ComboCaster

Proteus does not really fit into any of the usual categories of games that we know. In Proteus have to explore an island pixelated color, there are no enemies and can not die at all. Through a first person perspective, shows us a world that despite the almost hypnotic 8bits design has a lot of impressionist art.

There is nothing to collect, obstacles to jump or any team to beat. Furthermore there is no purpose besides exploring the island which activates the brilliant soundtrack, which is for all purposes the best aspect of the game. Proteus is probably the most relaxing game I've ever played, there is no danger or stress. (PC, Proteus) 7/10
