'It's been confirmed that one of the newly discovered Pokémon from Pokémon X and Pokémon Y has a mysterious connection with the Legendary Mewtwo. Are you curious?'
He looks so...lame :\
With so many Pokemon it was only a matter of time before one would look lame.
Don't forget the Ice cream and the chandelier.
yeah right Electrode and Voltorb must be super cool oh yeah and Magnemite and Magneton not to mention Oddish
OMG...What the Hell How can he do that....HE'S A CLONE, if he didn't do it in Pokemon Red/Blue and didn't do it in the first Pokemon film then how can he do it now. It comes off as them forcing it in. If Mew could do something like this, fair enough since he was cloned from Mew thus acquiring it's powers but since that hasn't been shown....well it's just silly This would of worked better if it was a clone of Mewtwo with Team Rocket trying to pick up the pieces of it's legendary experiment. With it being a clone of Mewtwo it would explain why it would look even more different. Basically a clone of a clone
it's an obvious cash in on his popularity.
Your taking the Pokemon world to serious Even though i agree with you Is a video game Anything can happen
@princejb134 It might be a game but there is such a thing as Logic. If Mew didn't have a second form, neither should he
Who says Mew wont have a 2nd form two?
I don't see why it's "forced" or even why anyone agrees with you. One of the first and most well known elements of Pokemon has been "evolution". Over the years we've seen established Pokemon get higher forms, new paths and in some cases earlier forms than we've already seen. If anything is "forced", it would be that. So by the same logic, if they can actively rewrite the history for them without it being problematic, why is Mewtwo an exception? Furthermore, why is it more realistic for Mew to have said power anyway? Most clones are bioengineer to be better than their original, which can also be said for Mewtwo (thanks to several Pokedex entries). It was created by a scientist after years of horrific gene splicing and DNA engineering experiments. Mewtwo is a Pokémon that was created by genetic manipulation. However, even though the scientific power of humans created this Pokémon's body, they failed to endow Mewtwo with a compassionate heart. It was created by a scientist after years of horrific gene-splicing and DNA-engineering experiments. A Pokémon created by recombining Mew's genes. It's said to have the most savage heart among Pokémon. So I am not seeing the problem. Perhaps it's tacky, but far from illogical.
They had to pick mewtwo lol
Man this had to be the evolution of mewtwo
It's not an evolution. Legendary pokemon don't evolve. This is clearly another form that metwo gets under certain conditions just like Deoxys or Giratina. That said, I like that they are expanding on their old pokemon. They should have done that with black and white. We still need some evolved forms for farfetch'd, Kangaskhan, Pinsir, Lapras (baby), Aerodactyl (baby), and Tauros, but this is a step in the right direction.
I wish this was a female version of the new Mewtwoish form and not actually Mewtwo >.<
lol where all those naysayers who neglected it to be mewtwos new form. This is just sad Nintendo, nobody asked for this
nobody ask for anything
I'm curious as to where this new Mewtwo fits in to the original Mewtwo's story. Considering it's a clone and all...
Team Plasma probably has something to do with this, or whoever the new enemy group is going to be. Much like the whole Genesect thing.
So am I really the only one excited about this?
This is dumb and I hope he gets some other alternate transformation as well, like a mecha-mewtwo or something. This form just does nothing for me. Hopefully they don't nerf base mewtwo's stats to try to make this one more appealing game-wise.
It's funny cause the title says spoiler and that thing on it's head looks like a spoiler xD
Super Saiyan Mewthree.
Why? Just why? What person on the face of the Earth wanted this?
But on the bright side, this is a good sign that more Gen 6 Pokemon will appear in the movie.
He looks horrible for mewtwo. If this is an evolved form worst one yet. He gets smaller and less badass. It could work for mew tho. This would be better as a form between mew and mewtwo.
The way I would describe it is a reverse Frieza. Goes from Frieza's final form to his first.
Well at least they put a handle on his head so I can take him anywhere...
Pokemon just isn't the same anymore, in my opinion they should've left it behind years ago. Or they just need to completely reinvent it into something new like they did when it first came out.
