SimCity Crest DLC touches a nerve – DLC to boycott for ethical reasons

EA and Maxis reveal the second piece of DLC for SimCity and are asking gamers to shop unethically with Proctor & Gamble. SimCity just went one step too far. (EA, PC, SimCity)

I was sensing more a extreme/hardcore animal lover aka possible PETA member.

Personally it would be silly to boycott this dlc. EA/Maxis and P&G aren't forcing you to buy the dlc. Keep it moving, nothing to see here.

To sum the article:

>>I oppose P&G for their unethical business practices, yet I bought the new SimCity by EA
>>I bought the new SimCity by EA
>>SimCity by EA
>>EA

Dude, if you're going to boycott this DLC do it because of a single player game being always-online, not because of a completely unrelated issue. And besides, you're not boycotting a P&G product, you're boycotting an EA product. Did EA mistreat animals too?

So I suppose I should also boycott Tomb Raider because they're running a campaign with Rustlers at the moment.

Since when is SimCity on PS3 and 360? You don't even know what platform the game you are promoting is on, Crest.
