Preview: Injustice Gods Among Us | Super PolyPixel

Super PolyPixel - So Injustice: God Among Us comes out today. I had played a bit of the Injustice Demo over the weekend to see if it warranted, (for me at least) a day one purchase. So here are my thoughts on the demo, and if whether or not it achieved its purpose of convincing me to do so.For the sake of transparency, I will get this out of the way. As a fighting game, I never really enjoyed Mortal Kombat. At most I got into the mechanics and combo system around MKII and it pretty much went south for me after that. I do however really enjoy the games themselves. The mythos is deep and satisfying. The plethora of secrets and extras Netherealm puts into their games are downright addictive. Netherealm games have some of the best and most satisfying in-game cinema’s and stories, in any fighting game. So I’m pretty sure Injustice will retain the same treatment. (Injustice: Gods Among Us, PS3, Wii U, Xbox 360)
