I think it empowers people! Trufully how many wouldn't want to be able to do some of the things they see in video games, within reason.

Who doesn't want to be that Commando who single-handily win the war or, to have superhuman abilities?

I think games are way for people to act out their fantasies.

...when I'm hurting or when I'm sick, it's distraction.

When I'm bored it's a nice way to kill time.

When I'm with a friend it's a great way to entertain outselves while matching our skills...

... and when I'm in the need of an adventure or great story, there are games to provide me with that as well.
