FFXIV Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida discusses his vision for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn with Giuseppe Nelva from DualShockers.com.
Fans of Nobuo Uematsu's music have a reason to rejoice.
The guy really is humble. My brother is a Final Fantasy nerd and he was amongst the few who was very dissapointed in that game. After watching Beta videos, it is official that he is back and loving every single moment of it. As for me, I commend Squarenix to not milking it by going Free to play(or pay to win) and actually admit their mistake and overhaul the whole game. Good job
In Short .. The only way that can save the game ( and their company ) is the Free to play model ,they will get screwed for the second time if they ignore that and the game will die much faster than they expect .
No. Not really. Free to play only serves to demolish a game's community and lower its quality. Someone always forgets that the biggest MMO out there isn't free to play.
Time will tell if i'm wrong or not my friend ~
I can't believe how much work they'll put into basically remaking a game so that it's in an acceptable state, yet they won't...you know what never mind.
I'll say it "FINAL FANTASY VERSUS!!!!!!" just bring it out already or tell us about it or mention it or even acknowledge its existence.
This article is about final fantasy 14. Stop bringing up Versus in every single SE related article. Just stop asking about it until after E3. If it isn't there then they should give some sort of update. But for now just let it go.
The funny part is that the people that think Final Fantasy Vs XIII is some sort of messiah have seen very little of it and know even less.
I'm a FFXIV beta tester. I can't go into details but I can say you this much: it's fanfuckingtastic and alot of fun!!! I always tried getting into MMORPGs but none of those on the market could really grab my attention and keep me enjoying the game. But this one's different. You can clearly see this is a AAA-game. The game's very detailed and I love the Final Fantasy references in-game! :) I hope I'll get to play it on my PS3 some day.
