Opinion: Marvel Heroes – Can it Find It’s Place?

VG Republic Writes: Marvel Heroes is an MMORPG set to release in June. In it players will pick from a large cast of Marvel superheroes from iconic (Iron man, Captain America) to the lesser-known (Squirrel Girl, Nova) against Doctor Doom and his allies. It will be the more grown-up version of the Marvel Super Hero Squad Online and of course different game play. The game will play much like Diablo and be free-to-play and will rely on micro-transactions for extended play, while the full game is free. Now that’s out of the way, he’s my two cents. This, to me, seems to be Marvel and Xbox’s long-overdue answer to DC and PlayStations DC Universe Online. (Marvel Heroes, PC, Xbox 360)
