Them sound like fighting words. I'm excited to see both Diablo 4 and this mega expansion for Path of Exile.

Wat? Diablo has become completely irrelevant in gaming. They care more about mobile than anything else. I hope this doesn't mean PoE is going mobile.

CorndogBurglar1793d ago

No it hasn't. If the ridiculous mobile game showed us anything it's that people still want a new Diablo. That in itself means it's still relevant. Blizzard is making D4. It just takes them a ridiculous amount of time to make new games.

RizBiz1792d ago

I can't believe anyone would want a Diablo 4 after Diablo 3. That game is awful.

Dragonscale1793d ago

Diablo 4 won't be a mobile game.

CorndogBurglar1792d ago (Edited 1792d ago )

Diablo 3 was awful when it launched. As crazy as it sounds it didn't get good until the console version came out. It took them getting rid of the Auction House and fixing the loot to become good. And then it kept getting better from there.

Now Diablo 3 is actually an awesome game. But it should never have had this kind of struggle to begin with.

The only thing I don't like about it now is how the characters don't have a basic melee attack with whatever weapon they are holding. The weapons you pick up are really just stat boosters for all of your abilities.

Other than that it's a great game.

If it's worth it, I'll reinstall.

I never, ever could get used to that "zoomed in" aspect of PoE. If I have the option, I'm the guy that zooms as far out as possible on the screen. As soon as I saw the view of PoE, I deleted it.

RizBiz1792d ago (Edited 1792d ago )

So you're saying you don't like any asymmetrical ARPG? Because they're all almost exactly the same with respect to zoom level.
I do agree in part, though, as I do wish you could zoom out farther.

pleasuretokill1791d ago

You are completely wrong. Almost every single ARPG on the market, Diablo 3, Grim Dawn, Van Helsing ect ALL either have a "zoomed out" mode or are inherently zoomed out to proper lengths. Name me one major ARPG that is zoomed WAY in like PoE is where you can't change it other than PoE. I've probably played more RPGs in the last 30 years than you've heard of, son. I started gaming in '84.

Free to play and without couch coop, itll never take on d4. It cant even go up against d3.
